Welcome to Red Barn Market's newest and largest location! Built on the grounds of the former Sandown Race Track, we were excited to open the doors for the first time on July 29th, 2024 to a wonderful and warm reception by the North Saanich community.

At Sandown you will find our complete line of Red Barn Smokehouse meat and smoked cheese including our famous Double Smoked Bacon, fresh sausages, and Pixie Sticks jerky.

We have qualified Butchers on site who can provide you with advice for selecting the perfect cut or take your custom order for specialty steaks, large orders, or marinades. Talk to them about holiday meals!

Create your own delicious custom "Tall as the Barn" sandwiches and wraps at our Custom Sandwich Bar. With 30ft of fresh ingredients to choose from, you're sure to build the perfect bite.

In store you'll find fresh produce from Vancouver Island, BC and beyond. We are proud to carry locally raised chicken from Island Farmhouse Poultry, fresh local baked goods from Irene's Bakery, and Portofino Bakery, and local dairy from Tree Island Yogurt, Dairyland, Foothills Creamery and Olympic.

Our grocery aisles are filled with many locally made goods from Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. We are always working to support our local food community
